During pregnancy period all report & local doctor said that all normal of our baby & of my wife. But the time of birth our baby born with severe respiratory problem & doctor said the baby born with birth anesthesia. Her 1st cry after 8 minutes of her birth. Then baby admitted at NICU of that nursing home, at that time there is another problem of my wife haven’t any breast milk & the baby can’t absorb any packed milk, she have the problem of severe diarrhea. Then after eight days treatment at NICU she released from nursing home. In this time she eats packed milk. But after 21 days again the baby effected with severe diarrhea & dehydration. Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

Thanks for writing to health care magic.

The problems of developmental delay that your baby is facing is mostly because of the problem of birth asphyxia which your baby had at birth.

Her hearing should be checked with a test called BERA. Further action on hearing can be taken on that report.

Your baby requires developmental stimulation and physiotherapy. Please contact your doctor for the same.

Continue to ask further queries as required.
Hope this helps.
Take care.
