Baby Developed Skin Rashes On Face. Itchy. Persists Even After Changing Soap, Powder. Solution?

Hi Doctor Santosh, My baby is about 6 months old. She has developed skin rashes (if I am correct) on her face (mostly forehead ). Our doctor suggested replacing Pears soap with Tedibar and also gave Abzorb powder if problem persists. After a couple of days, the situation is same and the kid is suffering. She scratches her face all the time. Can you please help?
