Baby From DNA, Do You Know About This Procedure ?

My boyfriend had 16 years ago testicular cancer and both were removed. He preserved sperm but in 2006 he discovered that is not good anymore. We find out that is possible to have a child using his DNA. Is it ? Do you know about this procedure ? Thank you. Dee
