Baby Getting Cough While Feeding, Not Burping After Feed. Advised Domstal. Is It Normal?

Hi, My baby is twenty days old.She is frequently getting cough when i am feeding her.atleast once on each feed. I have been advised to give domstal.I have been giving it for 2 days.Is there anything else i can do about it?Also she rarely burps after i give her milk.I pat her for around 10 minutes after giving milk.Is it normal? Can i put her down even if she does not burp?

Hi
Give feeds to the child in proper and comfortable position and keep the baby in vertical position for half an hour and burp after each feeding. Domstal can be given if there is significant cough and relux.
