Baby Had Bad Cough Choking, Sneezing. . Was Prescribed Syrups, Drops. How To Cure?

hi doctor hope u will b enjoying health i m havin a baby daughter she is 43 days old and she had bad cough choking and sneezing after intervals me and my wife visited doctors they gave her few syrups and drops and advised to pore some drops in the mouth of the baby we did that but she is still in the same condition could u plz help us

Babies body have no thermal regulation
keep temperature of room between 25 degree to 49 deggree
Give syp piritone 1/3 tsf bd
yp exofenadine 1/2 tsf bd it is safe
apply neosporin H eye ointment inside nose twice a day
put sea water 1 drop in each nostril at night
no steam
