Baby Having Yellowish, Viscous Stool, Watery. What Could Be The Reason?

hi, my daughter is 6.5 months old, she weighs around 6.5 kg and from last two days she passes stool which is viscous and yellowish 6-7 times per day..when she passes it will come out as a foam and not absolute green but yellowish.and watery. is this normal..i feed her breastmilk as well as solid food like wheat and raagi.

Passing motions few times with color change and viscous is normal ,so do not worry.
This might be due to as you started giving solid food.
