Baby Passing Urine 4 To 5 Times. Normal?

my baby is seven weeks...shes passing urine only 4 or 5 times a day...shes on formula milk...is it normal?
her birth wgt was 2.7kgs...now she is 3.9kgs...her stool is ok..passes once a day...she doesnt cry or anything while passing stool or urine...but im just concerned about her urine...is it normal? should i consult a doc?

Passing urine 4 to 5 times in your child is normal.

Weight gain is good.

If the child is active, healthy, and passing normal urine without concentrated, nothing to worry.

If the child cries while passing urine it is suggestive of concentrated urine and requires more feeds with appropriate dilution.

Exclusive breastfeeding is the best method of feeding till the age of 6 months.
