Hi,
Thank you for your query,
You continue the medication as prescribed by your Pediatrician.
Contnue frequent breastfeeding and give sips of oral rehydrating solution like Pedialyte, ORS to prevent dehydration.
Watch for his hydration status by lookind at his activity, urine output, moisture of the tongue and skin turgor.
The loose motions will take time to subside but you should maintain hydration in this duration.
Probiotic and zinc can be added to his treatment aftre your doctor advise.
If child is dehydrated consult your Pediatrician.
Hope I have answered your query.

Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
It seems that your son is suffering from gastroenteritis.
As you have given medicine for two times only, wait for one-two days more as it takes some time to work.
Give enough water and electral powder to avoid dehydration.
Observe that he passes urine or not.
If there is no improvement then consult your doctor again.
Ok and bye.

Hi
Thanks for your query,
Your baby is having diarrhea which is mostly viral in nature and takes few days to settle.
Continue with medication as advised by your doctor.
Most important is to maintain proper hydration.
Give oral rehydration solution sip by sip after each loose stool, continue with breastfeeding.
Give lactobaccilus aschet for 2 to 3 days and zinc for 14 days.
Observe for features of dehydration like lethargy, decreased urine output and in case you find take him to doctor for evaluation.

Wishing your baby good health.
