Back And Breast Pain, Enlarged Breasts During Periods

today is my periods monthly date, and i m having pains in my back n in both breasts from last 5 days, my breasts become enlarged almost every time before my periods to come, from last 6 months i m getting my periods in between every 15 to 20 days.. this is the only month i completed my 30 days but having too much pain in my breasts that i can t even touch them. I m a virgin and i m 28 years old.

You have mentioned that your breasts enlarge and are painful especially during periods.
These symptoms point towards Fibrocystic Disease.
Fibrocystic disease is commonly seen in young and middle aged females.
It is a hormonally sensitive disease.
It is characterised by pain specially during periods. The breasts show fibrosis and undergo cystic change.
It requires pain killers, hormones and topical application of oil of primrose.
You may strap your breasts for some relief.

Visit your surgeon, get a mammography & FNAC done.
Depending on the findings treatment will be given
