Back Pain, Fatigue After Stopping Methadone. Help

I was on methadone,only 2 pills a day,it helped my condition,so good,it made me feel normel,but with all the problems,with other people,they took me off it,I didn't want to but they did,I was so sick,gettn a little better now,but all my pain is back,worse than ever@fatiged real bad,I cant live like this,..no pain meds....terry

Hello ,

The cause of frequent problem -this kind of pain is due to compression of nerve because of spinal disc bulge. Nerve compression lead to radiating pain, which aggravated on long time sitting in same particular position.

Another differential is you might be having facet arthropathy.
Do MRI spine ,there might be nerve compression.

you may need methylcobalamine , muscle relaxant with analgesic

take rest , , hot or cold fomentation
avoid lifting weights

physiotherapy - SWD ,IFT WILL HELP
