Proteins in the urine indicates kidney damage. In such young age the prostate enlargement and protein in the urine by be due to infection. But other causes like malignancies should also be rule out. In this situation I would refer my patient to an urologist to evaluate for the cause and treatment. Seek medical help as soon as possible.
