Hi,

The possibility of fracture of the middle toe is high. Please get an x-ray of the affected toe early to look for the same.

In such case, a splint and immobilization of the toe will help in healing. It should not take more than 6 weeks to heal.

Meanwhile, apply ice packs locally.

Hi welcome to HCMForum. The swelling could be due to hitthng some thing or injury or a bite lastly paronichia.
I advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. It may burst by it self or may require incision.
Besides i advise you some diet restrictions as dont take pulses potato and fish. wishing for a quick recovery.
