Bacterial Prostatitis, Pain In Left Side, Elevated Blood Pressure. Debris In Urine, Burning Skin

I have bacterial prostitatis with pain in the left side. Blood pressure is elevated no fever. I have been in hospital and on iv augmentin . Msu indicated no infection ct scan no problems. On profolactic antibiotic urine is clear but ocassionally some small debis. Burning skin sensation but told that may be anxiety. Any suggestions
