Bad Breath.
hi i have one strange problem. if i keep quite for sometime and than i talk i feel my breath is bad. because of this i feel very ashemed to talk with my friends. i brush my teeth. clean my tongue also. i use mouth freshners. but some time i do forget to carry and its not possible to use it at all places. i thought it is comming from inside and i gargle and clean throat every day. still i am not able to overcome. is there any way to get rid of this problem

these are the ideas of dirty people. if you clean your mouth and tounge properly why it will stink? you people eat what ever you want and they all get stuck in the teeth. you dont clean them after eating. it will rotten in between your teeth and smells bad. learn good habits of brushing the teeth after meals than these filthy ideas of chewing gum and mouth freshing agents.

Good chance you have a tooth that requries a filling, you may have a tooth with a hole, what happens as you eat, pieces of food go in that hole and rott, no matter how much you brush your teeth, the food is inside a hole in your tooth, see a dentist and have a filling.

Then you may have infected gums, to have this repaired is very costly if surgery is needed BUT MUST BE DONE, remember,,,, if left untreated it will only get worst

Bad breath could be due to tonsils, poor oral hygiene or sinuses. Have treated three patients with Halitosis and one patient was so happy that he could socialise again that he gave me a fabulous present which is in my FB page.

Hi bad breath is a common problem for most of them. Use cardamom regularly this will reduced the smell. this will help to reduce bad smell or breath. after having spicy foods rinse your mouth.

yes it is very embrassing to talk in groups. i had this problem. i came up with one good solution.try keeping big babool chewing gum and keep chewing all the time. it works i have doing it. it is a fasion statement as well as solution for our problem what say?

Bad breath is very disgusting, you will not able to speak in open with all. Use some mint based chewing gums or pepper mints to get rid of the bad breath. You brush after every meal. Check with a dentist to know whether you have any decayed tooth

even i used to suffer from bad breath...one day i met a dentist after check up...he told i have got gum infection ...and he gave me some antibiotics...and insisted to use avacado based mouth wash..and now i m free from bad breath ..so its better to go check with a dentist...
