Suggest Treatment For Sinus Issues

hello,I am 18 yrs of male.i have been suffering from sinus problems since last 2 yrs.before the septoplasty .i had thin and bad smelling post nasal drip.for this reason only my doctor performed the surgey.what he did was that corrected the septum in front but not at the back.2 weeks after surgery i had foul smelling nose. gradually, i started having dry nose and thick post nasal drip.and at present ,nearly 1 yr after surgery i have a very dry nose,thick post nasal drip,and bad breath. could you please help me solve this problem??and provide detailed information of this probles. the doctor didn t perfom turbinectomy

Hi,

You mentioned - sinus problem but septoplasty is not enough to get rid of sinus disease. Accordingly to me, you require imaging- CT PNS. If it is sinusitis, you need surgery following by steroid spray. If no sinus blockage, you need correction for posterior septum, if it is evident on imaging.
