What Is The Treatment For Swollen Sinusitis?

I went to an ENT this summer because I was having problems with my throat. As a professor of music (singing), I was eager to get back to my performing. When he looked in my nose, he found that my sinuses were quite swollen, something that I ve never really thought about too much. In the past few months, I ve noticed just how much trouble this is causing me. At best, I usually can only breathe out of one side of my nose. I went for a consultation last week and he has suggested doing a turbinectomy with a laser. How safe is this and how much will this affect my singing?

Nothing to worry about it.Now-a-days the introduction of endoscopy and laser and microdebrider has revolutionized the outcome of sinus surgey/turbinoplasty. Complication decreased. If everything gone well, then there would be no problem in singing.
