Bad Upper Right, Mid And Lower Left Stomach Pain, Back Pain With Burning. Is This Side Effect Of Diabetes ?

hi i have experience verybad upper right, mid and lower left stomach pains, along with lower back pains that seem like it is burning. I am nausea and have lost 10 pounds with out trying. This has gone on since April, i have gone to emergency twice and they are trying to say that it is a side effect from my dibetics. I don't believe the two are connected. It is so hard to focus or sit because the pain is none stop.

Hello,
You are having pain abdomen Rt side along with left lower colon site and back side also, so you might be having acute gastritis with colitis , also you might be having nausea vomiting which can be treated by having a course of Oflox+ornidazole combination for twice daily after meals and daily omeprazole + domperidone empty stomach for long duration along with anxiolytic alprazolam 0.25 mg at bed time, at least 7 days if you don't get relief than go for gastroenterology examination and abdomen CT examination and consult with Gastroenterologist, near by you for further guidance and rule out possibilities of malingnancy if you aged above 50-55yrs . Good luck and take care.
