Hi,
Since you have an elevated blood pressure, please get investigated properly and get treated as this is not usual for your age. If you have performed the pregnancy test properly, then it is likely that something else like general stress or altered hormone balance has created this period delay and the discharge you are seeing is more likely to be a breakthrough bleed. Home pregnancy tests are read well when performed with an early morning fresh sample of urine 3-7 days after a missed period. Hope you find this information useful. Take care.
