Bicornuate Uterus, Continuous Severe Abdominal Pain. Will I Have Complications In Pregnancy?

hi am gayathri..... I have a bicornuate uterus .Now i am a mother for a baby n she is 18 months old . My age is23.i had my pregnancy soon after my marriage..usually during my periods it will be painful .but past three months i have a severe pain. Not only during my periods but also on other days. Do i have anyother problem. Is it possible to have a second baby without any treatment naturally.pls help me

Hi Gayathri,
As you are having severe pain during your periods as well as on other days, one possibility is uterine infection.
If you have pv -discharge, fever; it is more suggestive of uterine infection like endometritis which will need antibiotics to clear.
You need to see doctor to check exact cause for same.
With Bicornuate uterus you can still have second baby naturally if baby implant in proper cornu of uterus.
This is not to scare you, but chances of preterm labour and second trimester miscarriages are high.
So you need to take extra care during pregnancy.
