Big, Painful, Tender Swelling In Groin With Hard, Firm Lump In The Middle. History Of Lump In Breast Tissue. Reason?

Hi, Dr., I am a twenty-six years old man, stand on 5 feet and ten inches(5' 10"), and weigh one hundred and fifty(150) pounds. About few weeks ago, I noticed a small painful lump upon palpating my small breast tissue. This pain and lump disappeared like after a week and I haven't experienced it again. Four days ago, I discovered an indefinite swelling in my groin area. Initially, the swelling was big and tender to palpation. And just in the middle of the swelling there is this hard, firm lump. I had applied a warm compress to it twice since I noticed this and the size of the swelling has significantly reduced. The pain has reduced as well, even though I did not apply the warm compress to it yesterday and I am yet to apply it to it today. Anyway, Dr., I am just wondering what might cause this indefinite swelling. Looking forward to hear from you soon. Thanks.

Hi,
It seems that you might be having enlarged, infected lymph nodes in your groin area.
There might be having some infection in surrounding area giving rise to enlarged node.
Go for one antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicines after consulting your doctor and you will be alright.
Ok and take care.
