Black Spot On Womb. What Could Be The Reason For This?

A family member of mine went for an ultrasound on her womb and apparently there appears to be appears to be a small black spot on her womb. What could this black spot possibly be? Could it be cancer?

There is nothing called black spot on womb.Anyway if there is a dark round area on the wall of her uterus it can be a fibroid .Also if she has any complaint of excessive bleeding get her to show to a Gynaecologist & she will guide you with the tests to rule out cancer.
