Black Color Bleeding During Periods, Sore Breasts, Bigger Tummy. Concerning?

hi doctor. in april i missed my perods and my breasts started getting sore. now, in may, i went on my periods for my normal 3 days. now again, i started my periods and my breasts are still sore and my tummy is getting big. the problem with these second periods is, they have been goingfor 6 days and they are very black in color. what could be wrong?

Hi,
As per your symptoms, it appears that you are going through a metropathic cycle. You would need a proper assessment by a specialist, exclude pregnancy, get a trans-vaginal sonogram, manage any imbalances in weight and avoid stress.
