Black Spot On Penis,how To Get Rid Of It ?

I have black spots on my both lips right side. I do not smoking.I do not drinking tea.I am a man and the same spot is also on my penis.Some times when I eat some kind of flow medicine then these spots become dark red and also itching. What I do ?

The above symptoms are suggestive of Herpes simplex type 2 infections,

hence the lesions is present on the mucocutaneous junction...

you need to be clinically evaluated.., treatment is antiviral like acyclovir, idoxiuridine..
do not neglect it consult a dematologist
