Black Worm In Urine. What Is The Problem? Have A Hemorrhoid

Hi,um im 17 and I ve noticed, twice now that after I peed there was a small black worm swimming on top of the water I guess you can saw but slowly. The second one might have been bigger than the last one im not sure but there not bigger that half an inch, maybe small im not sure im bad with measurements. Anyways is this a problem? I also just found out three weeks ago I have a hemorrhoid . Im not sure if that ll do anything.

It is very rare to find worms in urine but still  there are a number of parasites, including certain types of worms that can infect the urinary tract. Trichomoniasis, schistosomiasis and filariasis are the possibility.
 It is best that you consult a  urologist and get urine examination, urine culture  KUB ultrasound .
As far as hemorrhoids are concerned take plenty of water,green salad and vegetables,fresh fruits and do regular exercises.Make sure to avoid constipation.
