Bladder Infection, Frequent Urination. Taking Ciprofloxacin. Can I Feel Better?

i have been taking ciprofloxacin for 3 days now for a bladder infection and i still have the urge to go to the bathroomn like i will empty my bladder but it still feels like i have to go what i want to know is how long does it take for this medicine to work or is it the right medicine to take or do i really have a bladder infection

You did not mention your age/sex.
The symptoms are suggestive of a urinary infection. Sometimes the bacteria causing it may be resistant to ciprofloxacin and this may be the reason why the symptoms are still persisting.
I suggest that you get a urine R&M and culture to determine if you have an infection and what are the appropriate antibiotics to be prescribed.
