Bleeding. Used Depo And Stopped Using It. Used Tampon. Possibility Of Pregnancy?
I've been bleeding since july--only because my body is trying to get back to normal after using birth control. I used Depo from October up to January. Stopped that, and then started on the pill in May but stopped using it because of break outs. I believe this is considered having sex but things were getting steamy between my boyfriend and I--he stuck the tip of his penis in me but I quickly removed him because he wasn't using a condom and I had a tampon in. Today is the 4th days since then, is there a possibility that I can be pregnant?
Hi, In the current scenario, your chances of pregnancy are less. The cause of the bleeding is obviously the irregular use of hormones. Please see a gynecologist for a complete evaluation, blood counts and urinalysis before starting to take a proper contraceptive that suits your needs. You would need nutritional supplements as well. Your chances of ovulation are very less as you are experiencing repeated breakthrough bleeds. Yet, you can get a serum beta-hCG assessment if you are still worried about pregnancy. Hope your query is clarified.
