Bleeding After Intercourse. Consulted Gyneacologist, Everything Normal. Concerned And Cause?

My boyfriend and i have been in a monogamous relationship for over a year. We started having intercourse last october, we were botj virgins before then. Recently, i've been experiencing bleeding after intercourse. I saw my obgyn and she said everything seemed normal. Yet i am still concerned. We do get rough at times, so i believe this may be the cause. Help?

Hi,
Thanks for the query.
The possible causes are:
-Post coital tear
-Cervical erosion or polyp etc.
So as your doctor told that everything is normal.
You wait and watch. Maintain abstinence for 4 to 5 days, possibly by that time the tear can heal and you may not have this problem in future.

Take care.
