Bleeding After Intercourse Post Childbirth. Headaches, Constipation And Abdominal Pain. Tissue Hanging From Vagina. Worried
Hi there gave birth to my son December 2012. Since I've had a feeling if something coming down in my vagina and a lot of bleeding. Every time I have intercourse I bleed. Two periods a month with spotting inbetween. Headaches, constipation, frequent urination, abdominal pain,painful sex. Today I felt extra tissue/skin as I wiped. I looked into a mirror and it looks as if extra tissue is coming out of my vaginal entry!! Help!
Hello
Thanks for your query.
It sounds as if you are having one of the following conditions ;
1. Vaginal skin tags - These are very common after childbirth.
2. Uterine or cervical prolapse
3. Cervical or endometrial polyp coming out of vagina.
You need to see a gynecologist because the causes of post coital bleeding are quite worrisome and more, easily treatable most of the times.
Please see a gynecologist to know the exact reason and further treatment.
Skin tags can be excised if troublesome.
Prolapse is surgically treatable.
Polyps also are easily removable.
Take care.
