Bleeding After Masturbation. Hymen Broken?

So I ve been masturbating for 3 years , I never insert objects or fingers in my vagina I only rub my clitoris . Well I didn t bleed though some days I saw blood after a day of masturbation but I realized that it was just my period . Also it have been a week since my period came it it was the last day of it I masturbated my clits , like after 6 or 5 hours I saw dirty blood not much , I was worried if my hymen was breaken . (please tell me what do you think of it , did it break ?) . I came from a Muslim family and the hymen is important in our culter , if it is broken it will bring shame to my family . So please guys tell me about what do you think ! I need you re help please and thanks .

Thanks for the query.
During the last days of the periods some amount of spotting can be seen.
Masturbation might have stimulated uterine movement.
That might have led to coming out of collected blood from the uterus.
Usually collected blood will appear dark in color.
So no need to worry.
You observe for one to two days.
If there is no further bleeding, the possibility of hymenal breakage or local injury is less.
If the spotting persists, better to consult gynecologist once and get examined.
