Bleeding After Passing Urine, Also In Semen. Reason?
Hello, am a 30 yrs old male and for about a month a half i have been seeing drops of blood at the end of the urination but only sometimes happens and when am doing number 2 that i pushed the head of the penis down to urinate and i seen it also in the semen but thats more than few drops, am feeling good just concerned what that might be. Havent seen a doctor yet, thanks a lot

Blood after urination usually suggest some urinary problem. At your age, it could be secondary to prostate infection, stone in urinary bladder or seminal vesicel disease. Do you also have urinary symptoms. I suggest you to consult a Urologist. You will require some urine and semen test and ultarsound lower abdomen for further evaluation.
