Bleeding After Sex In The Doggy Style Position

I ve noticed recently that when my partner and I have sex in the doggy style position, I bleed afterwards. Also, I queef after this position as well, but in both instances, it s only after doggy style. Should I be worried? What could be causing this and how can I make it stop?
