Bleeding And Bulging In Vagina After Carrying Weight, Recently Underwent LAVH For Uterine And Bladder Prolapse. Another Prolapse?
Day 10 After my LAVH for uterine and bladder prolapse, and a vaginal repair, I carried about 5kgs up about 17 stairs without thinking straight. I weigh about 46kg. I immediately got a pain in my vagina and increased bleeding. Today day 12, I looked into the vagina, and looks like the bleeding is coming from the sides of the vaginal wall. Also it looks like there are two bulges in my vagina under the clitoris when I stand over a mirror. Has something else prolapsed? I think I will go see my GYN tomorrow
I am so sorry to hear about this. The chances that you have another prolapse or a recurrence of the same prolapse is very high. I just have this feeling that the stitches gave way and it has all returned. It is a superb idea to meet your OBGYN tomorrow for evaluation and management.
