Hi,

Bleeding and mucus from the rectum could be because of hemorrhoids caused by constipation. Consult GI specialist and avoid constipation by:

- eating more fiber foods
- taking otc fiber supplements (psyllium)
- drink more water
- take a tablespoon of olive oil every day
- take otc sena supplement

The bad smelling coming from urine and abdominal pain could be because of urinary tract infection. I suggest to do:

- urine analysis
- urine culture and sensitivity
- abdominal ultrasound

With regards to abnormal periods, that could be because of hormonal imbalance and partially caused by weight gain. I suggest to

- measure blood hormones
- do transvaginal ultrasound
- try to lose weight.

You can discuss these options with your physician to get helped!
All the best!
