Bleeding, Cramping, Bloating, Looks Like 6 Months Pregnant. Negative Pregnancy Tests. Had Tubal Litigation. Any Ideas?

I had a tubal ligation 3 months ago. This will be my third period after the procedure. I had two days of bleeding then suddenly stopped. I'm still cramping and now severely bloated. Lots of pain. I look 6 months pregnant. Negative pregnancy test x 2. I am trying to get into my OB but they were not open today. What is going on?

Hydrocystic disease is one of the commonest causes of false pregnancy.I suggest to get an Ultrasound Abdomen and Pelvis done from a sonologist before you meet your Gynecologist.I hope this has answered your question.
