Hello and welcome to HCM,
Blood in urine can be due to
kidney disease, or any disease process of
the urinary tract.
Glomerulonephritis of the kidney can lead to presence of blood in urine, However, the blood is not frank. The urine gives a cola colored appearance in case of glomerulonephritis.
There appears to be some abnormality of the urinary tract - stone, infection, or trauma to the urinary tract.
Since, there is associated burning sensation at the head of the penis, there is probability of
urinary tract infection.
A urine routine examination, culture and sensitivity are the investigations required to diagnose infection of the urinary tract.
Infections of the urinary and reproductive tract spread by sexual contact so avoid sexual contact with your wife till the time infection is controlled.
Your wife also needs to be treated for the infection.
Thanks and take care
