Bleeding From Anus, Lightheadedness. What Is It?

Hey this is a little embarising but I inserted an object into my anus and when it was removed I noticed blood. I became light headed and had to lie down. Right after this I started to hear a high pitched sound that comes and goes every so often. I only noticed a small amount of blood. The object was a carrot and it was covered with olive oil.
