Bleeding Of The Vulva Tissues. Had Irregular Periods. Took Candida, Diflucan. What Is The Cause And Remedy?

I have experienced irregular bleeding for six months , beginning with two UTI's (Oct - Nov) followed by Candida, so severe it took 9 rounds of Diflucan (Jan - Feb) to kick it, while starting perimenopausal symptoms. The worst symptom, which has not been addressed has been the intermittent bleeding of the vulva tissues; seapage from the mucosal glands . It sometimes follows a vaginal bleed. It is characterized by a sensation of burning in the front tissues when it starts. I have benign uter fibroids and hormonal imbalance as well. What is the disturbing bleed from the vilva tissues caused by...the Hormonal imbalance or is it a condition or disorder? The lack of belief by nurse practitioners is prompting me to branch out to medical professionals.

Hi,
Thanks for the query.

During perimenopausal age group, due to hormonal imbalance dryness of the genital mucosa can occur. That can bleed on friction.
But better to consult gynecologist once and get examined to rule out other causes bleeding.
If the cause is find out as purely hormonal, you can take local estrogen cream with your doctor's advice that can relieve the symptoms.
