Blister Like Things On Thighs, Legs, Itching And Bleeding. Having HHT. What Could Be This?

Hi, I have what looks and feels pimple/blister ish things that have been appearing on my thighs/butt and back of the tops of my legs the last couple of months.. when itched open they bleed and bleed. They are just small red circles. I have not had them before but now they seem to be happening more. I am not sexually active but have been diagnosed with HHT although I dont think thats what this is from. What could they be? Should I be seen?

Hello i think u are suffering from prurigo nodularis.it can be due to HHT.use a antihistamine.antibiotic.a moisteriser and steron-g ointment over the lesions.avoid oats.ryes and wheat products
