Blisters Inside The Lips, Suspecting Some Gland Cell Damage. Should It Be Removed Under Anaesthesia?
G afternoon doc, this is regarding a small blister inside the lower lip of my 5 yr old daughter that started 2-3 mths back as a normal blister. I think my daughter chewed it constantly but she says she didn't. One doc I showed said some gland cell was damaged and it may have to be removed under anaesthesia. Should I have it removed or will it go on its own. Is it anything serious?

Hi Your daughter of 5 years have a blister inside of the lower lip
It appears to be formed by biting unknowingly, and increased by chewing it continuously, involuntarily.
There is no possibility if remission by its own, as your doctor said it should be incised and removed. it is a minor procedure and can be done in out patient clinic. Thank you.
