Bloated, Pain In Stomach Area, Not Passing Properly, Sharp Pains In Kidney Area. How To Ease The Discomfort ?

i have been bloated for the past three days and not passing properly. at night I have pain all over my stomach area. most of the pain seems to be centered on the left side of my body and I keep getting sharp pain in the kidney area. I took tums, a laxative and 600mg of magnesium but nothing seems to help. what can I take or do to ease the discomfort?

Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Since pain is on the left side ( according to you in kidney area) ,but his is not a complete information .
Pain may be due to ,
acute gastritis ,
renal colic,
intestinal colic ,
splenic pain
lower left lung lobe.
So consult a physician and get his opinion as physical examination is important in this case.
