Bloating, Difficulty Passing Stools. Help From Intake Of Liquid Given Before Surgery. Does This Mean There Is No Blockage?

I didn't have a real movement for about a month..after trying everything I could think of I drank a 10 oz. bottle of the stuff they give before you have. Surgery. It made me go a few times but I still feel and look like I,ve got a 6 pound baby in here. By going some does this mean I don't have a blockage? Or should I see my dr. For ex rays

I understand you were constipated for a month and you were diagnosed with intestinal obstruction.
If you have passed motion adequately then it could mean that the intestinal obstruction is relieved but it definitely needs to be confirmed in the form of X ray abdomen as you are still bloated. Please get in touch with your doctor for the same
