Bloating In Stomach, Urge For Urination And Bowel Movement. Are These Side Effects Of Drinking Energy Drink?
Hello. Im having problems with my stomavh. Im currently extremely bloated. I have this urge to pee and digest, but when i sit on the toilet nothing happens. I cant even touch the fron of my stomach bc it hurts. What can I do? In the past days i have drank 5 hour energy drinks which i read can have side effects since it has chemicals. Can you please help me i cant sleep ):

Hi,
It is true, what you are experiencing is a side effect of drinking energetic drinks. They contain stimulants which can irritate your bowel, urinary tract and brain.
So, I suggest to drink pure water and have some chamomile tea.
Until your body is cleaned from the energetic drink, then, you will be free of its side effects; including sleepness.
