Bloating, Lower Back Pain, Frequent Urination. What Could Be This?

Hi. I'm a 26 year old female. Recently I've been feeling painfully bloated a lot, especially in the evenings no matter what I eat or drink. I've also experienced lower back pain, and I'm finding that when I urinate, I often need to go again within a few minutes. Any ideas if these are linked, or should I be trying to solve each separately?

Urologist 's  Response
Hello
Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have pain in lower abdomen and urge to pass urine repeatedly.
This could be due to presence of a stone in lower part of ureter or UTI.
Please get your routine urine test and ultrasound scanning abdomen done to confirm the diagnosis.
Please consult qualified urologist for clinical evaluation and further treatment.
