Hello doctors,
I have recently gotten what I believe is a blood blister on my pinky toe. It takes up about the whole surface between the nail and the bottom of the toe. It does not cause me too much pain, however I have not walked with it in shoes yet. I have some upcoming golf tournaments, which have a lot of walking in shoes. Normally I would not pop something like this, but it is in a spot where it can easily be worn out and rubbed. Do you think I should pop it because of its area, or I should let it heal naturally? Also, what are some ways that I can prevent friction in my shoe and keep the blister from getting worse? Thank you very much.
