Blood Clots And Blood During Bowel Movements. Swapped To Eating Salads With Chicken. Anything To Worry?

Hi, i have just had a bowel movement and when i went to clean myself up i saw a few fair sized bloo clots and in the toilet bowl i couldnt see anything as there was alot of blood. I am only 22 and have recently swapped to just eating salads with bits of chicken in, could this be the problem or is it anything to be worried about??

hi... bleeding during or after bowel movement could be due to haemorrhiods/piles. internal haemorrhiods usually painless and presents like this. see your surgeon to ruleout this. all the very best.
