Blood In Stools, Loose And Frequent Bowel Movements, Had Gallbladder Removed. What Is Wrong?
hi i am a female i am 29 years old i have been haveing blood in my stool and its slimy looking i also feel like i have to have a bowel movement very often and right after i eat i have to run to the bathroom there is not blood in my stool everytime but most of the time i have had my galblater removed and my stool is always loose i also have a lt of pain when i have to have a bowel movement what is wrong with me
Gallbladder removal can give loose stools but this lasts no longer than few months after it. First thing which should be consider when such symptoms appear is intestines infection due to bacteria. And as there is a blood in your stool, this should be checked with stool tests. Second thing which should be checked is pancreatitis and inflammatory bowels disease. You should visit gastroenterologist and consider abdominal CT and colonoscopy.
Hope this will help. Regards.
