Blood In Urine After Having Intercourse. Extra Object In Scrotum Sac. What Could Be This?
hello doc my boyfriend have been complaining about blood in his urine after sex.it started little over a year bt it happens now everytime he have sex for but a month now.he also have an extra object in his scrotum sac seeming like another testicle over a year too.its have grown bt it is not bigger than his acutal testicles.why is this happening?thank u

You need clinical examination and investigations.
Routine hemogram,urine RE/ME ,Ultrasound of abdomen and scrotum should be done.
Cause of bleeding may be calculus in kidney and urinary bladder,prostatitis,STD,infection,tumour etc.
Extra object in scrotal sac can also be properly assessed during USG of scrotum.
