Blood Pressure Normal After Exercise. Is This Normal?

I have had High Blood pressure for a while 150/90. I exercise frequently (5 days a week cycling 10 miles per day) I am 53 and female. I take my blood pressure frequently today my blood pressure was normal after exercise (120/80)and each time i took it today it has been slightly lower and I feel great. Is this normal? I have not been taking medications as of late and I do not smoke and only have 2- 3 drinks in a week.
