Hi Deborah!
Welcome to healthcaremagic.com.BP at your range-Caution Range - Prehypertension
Systolic (top) blood pressure 120 - 139 mm Hg
Diastolic (bottom) blood pressure 80 - 89 mm Hg
Normal
Systolic (top) blood pressure below 120 mm Hg
Diastolic (bottom) blood pressure below 80 mm Hg
you are still not within the ideal range of below 120/80. A diastolic (bottom) number of 93 actually puts you within the Stage 1 Hypertension - High Range. I recommend you make diet and lifestyle changes to lower your blood pressure naturally and reduce your dependence on medication.for better information please visit-http://www.healthcentral.com/high-blood-pressure/understanding-blood-pressure.html
