Blood Test Done. Suffering From Fatigue, Chronic Constipation, Less Menstrual Flow. Suggestions?

I got my blood test done today and the report gave these result:

T3 102.90 60.00 - 181.00

T4 8.50 4.50 - 12.60

TSH 3.93 0.35 - 5.50

Wat does this suggest?

I have been suffering from fatigue, chronic constipation, less menstrual flow, occasional migraines, nervousness.

Hello, your symptoms suggest a probable thyroid disorder. So you have been told to get a thyroid function test. The values seem to be within normal limits.
Kindly consult a physician to rule out anemia (if you havent got the relevant tests done already), also these symptoms could indicate menopause (if you are in that age group)
Take care
